RWX, s.r.o., company ID 14235111, registered office Sadová 1646, 560 02 Česká Třebová, Czech Republic (the "operator"), is committed to making the website veritra.io and the web application operated on it accessible in accordance with Czech Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This statement applies to the website and web application at https://veritra.io, including all language versions.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll. and with the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03), i.e. WCAG 2.1 level AA, due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for reasons of disproportionate burden or because it falls outside the scope of the legislation:

  • Third-party procurement documents. The application provides tender documentation in PDF, DOCX and XLSX formats exactly as published by contracting authorities on their profiles and portals. The operator does not author this content and cannot guarantee its accessibility; the obligation does not apply to these documents (Section 7(1)(b) of the Act).
  • Video guides. Tutorial videos have automatically generated captions; audio description for blind users is not yet available. The content of the videos is also available as text in the in-app guide.
  • Charts and graphics. Interactive charts in reports have a text alternative in the form of a table of values; the chart itself is not fully operable by keyboard.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 23 September 2026 on the basis of a self-assessment carried out by the operator using the automated tool axe-core (WCAG 2.1 A/AA rules) and manual verification of keyboard and screen-reader operation on the main pages of the website and application.

Note on the scope of the obligation

The operator is a private company and the obligations under Sections 4 and 5 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll. do not apply directly to its website. This statement is issued voluntarily because the service is also used by public authorities and contracting authorities, and the operator undertakes to maintain WCAG 2.1 AA compliance in further development.
