Procedura de achizitie publica se desfasoara in scopul atribuirii contractului de achizitie publica avand ca obiect ACHIZITIE ECHIPAMENTE PENTRU IRO IASI - proiect „ProgramulNațional de Screening pentru Cancerul de Sân: Depistarea Activă, Responsabilitate, Informație șiAcces - DARIA", cod smis 352097. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este 15 zile, conform art. 160 din Legea 98 /2016. Autoritatea contractanta varaspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/ informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte determenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, conform art. 161 din Legea 98 /2016.
