Tender description

Contractul are ca obiect achiziţia publică de software specializat Server EVS (Inseyets On-Prem Unlimited Unlocks) prin subscripție pentru o perioadă de 2 ani, începând cu anul 2026 pentru susținerea și eficientizarea licențelor Cellebrite Inseyets On Prem existente sau care vor fi achiziționate prin alte proiecte/programe ale Ministerului Public pentru implementarea unei infrastructuri centralizate on-premise dedicate îmbunătățirii capacităților tehnice de extragere a datelor stocate pe dispozitve mobile. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari la documentatia de atribuire: cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire pana in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor in anuntul de participare.
