Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest and information from providers in relation to a system platform opportunity for the Council's Planning and Building Control Services, Regulatory Services which also includes the following services: - Food hygiene Control - Health and Safety - Pollution Control - Trading Standards - Licencing - Environmental Enforcement - Pest Control Other Services which include Housing Standards and Community Safety. The purpose of this exercise is: • to identify suppliers active in this market; • to better understand available solutions; • to inform the scope and procurement strategy for any future procurement Interested providers must be confident in their ability to deliver a seamless end-to-end management of cases for Planning, Enforcement, Building Control, and Regulatory Enforcement together with a range of Data mapping in building safety act 2022, data reporting for management including workload performance reports, inspections for RBI’s, statutory data for building safety regulator]as required and as outlined in the Brief/Specification overleaf.
