To accelerate provision of social homes, the Housing Agency in conjunction with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is calling for expressions of interest for the RLS Scheme. It seeks to achieve the following policy objectives: Facilitate and expedite additional social housing; Provide additional supply targeted at areas of greatest need; Address vacancy; and Revitalise towns and villages. The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) in conjunction with The Housing Agency is inviting submissions from proposers for the delivery of homes, targeted at areas of greatest need.
