Provision of professional engineering services for the inspection, supervision and contract administration of the supply and installation of approximately 3,705 m² of third-generation (4G) synthetic sports surface at Ballina Stephenites GAA Club, Ballina, County Mayo. The appointed Engineer will provide technical oversight of the works, including review of the contractor’s proposed synthetic turf system and technical documentation, inspection of the prepared surface prior to installation, periodic site inspections during installation, monitoring of workmanship and compliance with the contract specification, inspection of the completed works, preparation of any defects or snagging lists, review of warranties and completion docum
