Opportunity to use BCP Council Land to host Poole Park Studio for retail or art services. We’re pleased to share a new opportunity to use the Poole Park Studio, a compact, characterful lakeside space with exceptional year-round footfall and beautiful views across the water. The Studio is available for non-catering, non-residential, non-office uses that enhance the park environment. We’re inviting proposals from operators who wish to deliver retail, arts, creative workshops, exhibitions, or community-focused activities. The building is under 50 sq m, positioned directly beside the lake, and benefits from strong visitor numbers, with over 3.36 million visits recorded in 2025. It’s an ideal space for organisations looking to establish a presence, test a concept, or deliver creative or community-minded services in a high-visibility location.
