Tender description

Upphandlingen avser ett molnbaserat verksamhetssystem för kommunens avfallshantering, inklusive fordonsapplikation. Systemet ska stödja hantering av kundregister, abonnemang, ordrar, reklamationer, körlistor, tjänster samt tillhörande ekonomi. I uppdraget ingår även införande, migrering, drift, underhåll och support.
