Achizitia de servicii de: SERVICE (FARA PIESE DE SCHIMB) PENTRU INSTALATIA BRAHITERAPIE HDR (GAMMAMED IX HDR AFTERLOADER) - ACORD CADRU VALABIL PANA LA DATA DE 31.12.2027 CANTITATE MINIMA ACORD CADRU: 1 BUCATA CANTITATE MAXIMA ACORD CADRU: 3 BUCATI CANTITATE MINIMA CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 1 BUCATA CANTITATE MAXIMA CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 2 BUCATI GARANTIE DE PARTICIPARE: MAXIM 1% DIN VALOAREA FARA TVA A CELUI MAI MARE CONTRACT SUBSECVENT: 2.518,00 LEI Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare, care au fost adresate in termenul prevazut in anuntul de participare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor .
