Tender description

In cadrul procedurii vor fi achizitionate produse utilizate in cadrul spitalului, conform Anexei 1. Orice referire din caietul de sarcini care face trimitere catre un anumit producator sau marca anume este doar orientativa, astfel vor fi acceptate echivalente. Luand in considerare obiectul achizitiei si valoarea estimata ce depaseste pragul de la Art. 7, alin. 1, litera C din Legea 98/2016, se va organiza procedura de Licitatie deschisa online, astfel incat se poate considera ca avem un grad inalt de complexitate. Având în vedere urmatoarele: - Referatele de necesitate nr. 681/X.177/15.06.2026 intocmit de Sef Sectie Medicina Legala Dr. Bartha Dioszegi Gabriella si referatul de necesitate 14140/30.06.2026 intomit de Sef Sectie Urologie Dr, Rusu Cristian Bogdan, aprobate de conducerea unitatii pentru demararea procedurii de licitatie “APARATURA UROLOGIE SI MEDICINA LEGALA 2026” si avizat prin Hotararea nr. 7/09.07.2026. - in valoare minima estimata acord cadru 36 luni de 305.273,00 lei. - in valoare maxima estimata acord cadru 36 luni de 610.546,00 lei.
