Tender description

Call for tenders for the supply of technical consultancy services to oversee and certify the delivery of a new school building, delivered under a design and build contract delivered by others. Building area c. 2,800m2. Works value c. €10.3million. The works will be a Category 1 MMC modular building over two floors. The building is an extension to Scoil Aonghusa special school.
