Tender description

Dublin City Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the repair, refurbishment and upgrade works to the existing reinforced concrete chimney at the Boiler House, Ballymun, Dublin 9. The chimney is approximately 52 metres in height and forms part of the former Ballymun District Heating Scheme, now located within the Rediscovery Centre campus. Detailed structural investigations, condition surveys, material testing and defect mapping have been completed. The Contract relates to the execution of the recommended repair solution and associated refurbishment works.
