Tender description
The Office of Public Works (OPW), plans to install a hybrid ticketless parking system to improve traffic flow and modernise facilities. Replacing a defunct system, with a specification for a hybrid ticketless parking cloud – based software system that primarily utilizes Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for a "drive-through" experience, with ticket backups for unrecognized plates.
